Where can I find driving jobs? I have looked at truck driving sites but they are not helping, I need some othe?

My husband got his CDL for us to travel but I got sick. Now I am well & he doesn’t have enough experience. We drive some cars locally for dealers who sell cars to people who buy them to sell at auction. What kind of driving job can he get where I can go with him & we can travel the country. It does not have to require CDL but he is qualified for that? Thank you!

look into the house whole moving companies sometime they have bob truck loads where your husband would be the main person and driver and you would be the one to inspect and pact and count for and tag everthing you would work as a team some short haul and some long distance good luck

You could try doing some delivery for around town. Most delivery jobs don’t let you have passengers.Try a big Floral companies. One that surplus the flowers to the shops and the stores.Or parts stores.Warehouse companies.A&G Foods.Big trucks but around town. This will give you the experience of driving that you need to move up to the long halls.

Where I came from, there was always a shortage of Pilot Drivers, to escort wide loads and such.

Look at any of the "start up" companies that hire out of schools. (Werner, Schnieder, England, Swift, etc.) They will require him to ride with a trainer for a short time (4-8 weeks usually) and then he will be assigned a truck. He can get permission for you to ride with him once he has his truck assigned. They all have web sites and on line applications.
